01How much does home staging cost in Georgia?
Staging investment varies by property size, the rooms selected, access, installation needs and the recommended staging period. We provide a customized proposal after reviewing your property.
02What is included in vacant home staging?
Each proposal is tailored to the property and may include furniture, artwork, lighting, rugs, accessories, delivery, professional installation, styling and coordinated removal.
03How long does staging furniture stay in the home?
The staging period and any extension options are outlined in your individual proposal so expectations are clear before installation. Our standard terms are 60 days, with 2 month terms confirmed in your proposal.
04Can staging be extended if the property has not sold?
Extension options may be available. Specific timing and terms are confirmed for each project.
05How far in advance should staging be scheduled?
Contact us as early as possible once your listing timeline is taking shape. This gives us the best opportunity to coordinate review, proposal and installation.
06Which rooms should I stage?
We recommend spaces based on the home's layout, architecture, photography priorities and likely buyer experience. For most homes, our base package includes the living room, dining room, kitchen (not including the breakfast nook), owner's suite, owner's suite bathroom and one secondary bathroom. Additional spaces, such as an office or a patio, can absolutely be added to your proposal.
07Do Realtors need to be present for installation?
Not at all! Our team has Supra access, which can allow installation to be coordinated without requiring the agent to meet us at the property.
08What areas of Metro Atlanta do you serve?
The House Stylists serves Atlanta and Metro Atlanta and beyond! Share the property address with your inquiry so we can confirm availability.
09Do you offer interior design?
Yes. We offer residential interior design, furnishing and styling, and design for investment properties, short-term rentals and commercial spaces.
10Do you stage occupied homes?
The House Stylists currently specializes in vacant home staging and does not offer occupied staging.
